"Dholi JS" first picked up a dhol at the age of 12. He slowly learned beats by listening to songs and other live dhol players from other places. Besides being an excellent dhol player, "Dholi JS" has been playing at various clubs and private parties around the country including performances that were viewed on popular TV channels. Besides his obvious desire to share the music of Punjab with the world, "Dholi JS" has a passion for rocking dance floors with the simple power of the drum. With support from his closest friends and family, he built a studio to record and produce music. Two years later, American Bhangra would be ready for debut.
